Product Overview
Z228 Multimedia Application Processor is the 1st SoC using 130nm CMOS Technology in China, and the 1st one licenses ARM926EJ Prime Starter Kit in the world as well. Armed with ARM926EJ embedded CPU, hardware MPEG-4 codec, and rich peripheral interfaces, Z228 is specifically designed for the explosive market of smart phone, multimedia portable device, video surveillance and video phone.
